I tried adding this and still got the same error. I recently migrated to a new server (and supposedly better level of server) on the same host. It has to be something where the user defined in wp-config.php is somehow not recognized as having permission or something simple. Only it's too late for me to think simply... I quit for now.

If anyone has come across this when migrating to from 3.5 to 4 (dv) on MT, holler.

I'd just moved the blog from another webhost, so the WP_TEMP_DIR had the old absolute home directory prefix in it.

Wow.. Just look at those earnings. Internet has been such a revolution in the technology in the whole world, that it has crossed all the boundaries of possibilities and innovation that a human being could do of his life.
Just looking at these persons, just make me think of some geniuses, who have contributed their life in blogging, and gained a huge amount of success through it. I am a blogger myself, and I would really love to be in that list.. "Just Dreaming", but I hope I could be a successful blogger myself as well. But why not, if you work with ambition and determination you surely can achieve it, but at the same time you must also use your brains, just to stand out from other bloggers :D

Me too, I never knew much about Technorati, since it is a blog search engine, it must had been famous one time, when the blogging had been taking place.
But the master of search engine- Google has taken all over the global internet, and I think very rare use other type of search engine to find website(s) like Technorati, also Google has the option to find blog websites only as well. So, due to these reasons, these type of search engines are used very rarely.

Most of the people have one big problem and that is - 'Failure'. They are like so afraid with this term, and most of the times loose most of their self confidence and ability to motivate for planning some steps that will turn out to get more advantage for his/her business.

I personally think that the hype of technorati has been so low, that most of the blogger nowadays don't use or don't know much about it. It is much similar to alexa.com, but technorati is more based on the blog websites, instead of all the website present in the global internet.

I have never used technorati, and didn't knew much about it, until I read this article. I will surely check it out.

Well, I don't know much about developing an Android Application, and for me it seems to be a very complex thing, But after reading your article, I think I can develop one myself, and I now think it's not much too complex as I used to think before.
Another thing to mention, the tools as you have mentioned with a necessity, is not much complex itself, so I am going for it, will tell you once I will develop one myself.

A very informative article, Google Adsense has been one of the major earnings for me, I earn up to $10 daily, from google adsense, and it is more than enough for me.
I had a hard time building my website up to the standard of google adsense program, and also had a hard time to start earning a decent amount from it.
My suggestion is to post 5-6 unique contents daily and you will get more traffic.
More traffic = More earning, this is how this system works.

I have got a really bad experience of these spam comments on my blog. I used to get like 10K visits daily, and people were just flooding spam comments - Containing a link to his website with an anchor text, and I did not had the time, to delete it all.
I just started accepting it, and in the next update of page rank it dramatically decreased to PR1 from PR4. I was in a shock, later I found out that the root cause was the spam comments.
Well, I can say that, Disqus comment system is the best method to go on.. Because I have used it, and I can say that it's the best method to reduce spam on your website.

Yes, I agree with you, once your website gets famous and you start getting a lot of traffic, you will also start to get a lots of spam comments which contain link to their website.
These creates saturation, because they have a link to their website, which will affect the quality of your website.
I am using your suggested Disqus comment system, and is helping me a lot, to stop spam comments..
